Information you choose to share
The enquiry form asks for your name, email, topic and message, with an optional phone number. The WhatsApp option prepares a message in your browser. If you continue to WhatsApp, those details are passed to WhatsApp, where you decide whether to send the message. Direct email links open your email application.
If you choose email delivery, your name, email, optional phone number, topic and message are submitted securely to our website enquiry service and forwarded through Google Workspace. Academy enquiries go to training@jaaginfotech.com; other topics go to support@jaaginfotech.com. Details entered in the website form are not saved in browser storage.
Purpose of enquiries
Information you send helps our team understand and respond to your business or training enquiry. Please do not include passwords, credentials, confidential client records or sensitive personal information.
Services involved
This website is hosted on AWS. Hosting infrastructure receives technical connection information, such as your IP address, when serving pages. Google Workspace handles messages sent to our company email addresses. WhatsApp handles messages sent through that service. These providers process information under their own policies and account settings.
Website cookies and analytics
The website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, newsletters or CAPTCHA. Fonts and website images are served with the site. Visiting an external service, such as WhatsApp, is subject to that service’s privacy and cookie practices.
Your enquiry information
Messages sent to our email addresses or WhatsApp account are handled through those communication services. To ask about access to, correction of or deletion of details you have shared, contact support@jaaginfotech.com. The website form does not create a separate enquiry database or log message content. For spam prevention, the enquiry service temporarily keeps per-IP request counters in memory for up to 15 minutes, along with an aggregate hourly request count.
